SERVICES INCLUDED

Our railway track services include:

• Dismantling and removing rails of all sections and lengths from track laid on any type and density of sleepers by removing fish plates, fastenings, and fish bolts.

• Insertion of rails of all types and lengths in track laid on any type and density of sleepers to the specified gauge under traffic block.

• Through Sleeper Renewal (TSR) with PSC sleepers, including removal of existing sleepers of any type along with fittings from track.

• Fixing of fish plates with fish bolts on joints of all rail sections, including proper lubrication of fish plates and bolts.

• Through renewal of Metal/GFN liners in running track conditions after cleaning the rail seat at liner positions.

• Lubrication of fish-plated rail joints under traffic, elastic rail clips on PSC sleepers, plate/rail screws, crossings, SEJs, bridges, and curves.

• Opening and refixing of joggled fish plates provided to weld joints/rails of any section under traffic to enable examination of welds/rails.

• Renewal of seized plate/rail screws on PSC sleepers.

• Cutting/cropping of 52 kg, 90 UTS rails.

• Drilling holes of different diameters and chamfering in rails of any section and UTS.

• Gas cutting of rails of various sections.

• Renewal of switch rails (tongue rails, stock rails, and fittings) of all rail sections, including GRSP and corroded slide chairs.

• Boxing and profiling of ballast.

• Replacing existing glued joint rails with cut rails or new glued joint rails, or insertion of glued joints by cutting existing track.

• Removal of weeds and bushes in ballast sections and cess areas.

• Trimming and pruning of trees along OHE alignment.

• Fixing of guard rails and check rails.

• Replacement of old chequered plates.

• Flash butt rail welding, gas pressure welding, thermite welding, and electric arc welding of railway rails.
